A Pathway to Hydrogen Economy: Artificial Neural Network an Approach to Prediction of Population and Number of Registered Vehicles in India
Hydrogen economy is a proposed system which advocates its use as a potential fuel for automobile navigation since hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe. There are two major factors that force hydrogen economy for future needs one being population and other is the increase in the rate of vehicles. The increase in population is directly proportional to the increase in the number of vehicles to be used. This results in an increase in the use of crude oil. Crude oil being a natural resource is running out and becoming harder to find. That is why we propose, Hydrogen as an alternate fuel for automobiles. To get these Hydrogen automobiles in demand we are proposing an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model with Non Linear Auto Regressive NETwork (NARNET) based on the prediction of population and vehicle registration number particularly in India. Forecasting above two factors can motivate other researcher to do research and commercialize Hydrogen fuel automobile.
