Peripheral giant cell granuloma is a hyperplastic lesion of the gingival occurring most frequently in the premolar and molar region in the mandibular arch. The lesion has similar clinical presentation with pyogenic granuloma, peripheral ossifying fibroma, peripheral giant cell granuloma and traumatic fibroma which makes the diagnosis difficult. This paper reports a case of kidney bean shaped peripheral giant cell granuloma located in the maxillary premolar area.
