Improvements in the Automatic Distribution Process of Finished Product for Pet Food Category in Multinational Company

The article presents suggestions for improvements to the automatic process of distributing a finished product company food production, specifically in the category Pets and under utilization of SAP information system and Deployment tool. These proposals include: increased levels of target stock of branches loaded in the system configuration update master data system, changes in product distribution strategy and proposal incorporating the indicator system” causes removing the automatic ordering. “Following the implementation of the improvements the automatic distribution of pet products category increased attention from the total needs of the branches and the number of automatically generated daily dispatches; and the quality of the proposals offered by the system distribution and utilization of orders generated automatically in the daily schedule.
