$107.14 + tax (Refund Policy)

The organization who is in charge of allocating the limited resource of radio spectrum can take various approaches in order to optimize its objective. In this paper, we first study the existing optimization models used for determining the allocation fee and compare their approaches. Under the assumption that the government tries to maximize its profit through collecting royalty to the radio spectrum users, we devise an optimization model considering practical limits such as parameter estimation. We also suggest what optimization issues worth to consider for efficient allocating radio spectrum.
