Structural Path Analysis of the Influences from Smallholder Oil Palm Plantation Toward Household Income: One Aspect of e-Government Initative

e-Government has been applied in various areas, especially in agriculture. Siak local government in Riau province, Indonesia, gave special attention in oil palm plantation. It is expected that the influences of smallholder oil palm plantation can be calculated automatically by the Siak local government, and the result can be accessed by public easily. An e-Goverment system is proposed to solve that problem. One aspect of e-Government that should be considered is economical aspect. This paper explain the use of structural path analysis of the influences from smallholder oil palm plantation toward household income. The result of this analysis can become the foundation when the e-Government system is developed.
