The Formation of Nanosized Tubes and Lamellar Structures of Tungsten Oxide
The fine structure of tungsten oxide nanosized tubes and lamellar phase was investigated. Thermal effects occurring during nanosized tubes synthesis were studied. Epitaxial growth of nanosized tubes was detected in the process of heating of the WC+5 wt.% nCuO powder mixture in vacuum up to the temperature 1100 °C.
