Under the framework of globalization with complicated circumstance, how to conduct effective risk management becomes a tough problem that the enterprise managers face. The concept and framework of Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) is applied to identify and generalize Risk Categories and Risk Factors in this research. The Impact Indexes research institutes at home and abroad adopt are also integrated to serve as the basis for the Impact Index to evaluate the enterprise risk of domestic enterprises.
