Developing and Implementing Entry Chinese Market Decision Model for Solar Power Industry in Taiwan

Because of China's solar subsidy policy that Taiwan exports to China's growth rate increased. China has become major export market of solar cells in Taiwan. This study applies the Diamond Model methodology to build a framework for solar power firms. Next, a framework for sub-criteria using the Modified Delphi method has been established. Finally, developing and implementing an entry China market's Decision-making Model for Solar power in Taiwan by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study provide the highlevel managers of solar power firms, policy makers or government to develop policies of solar power industry reference standard operating procedures into the China market.
