Robust Passive Control for Discrete-Time Uncertain Singular Systems with Interval Time-Varying State and Input Delays

This paper deals with the passive analysis and control synthesis for uncertain singular systems with interval time-varying state and input delays. The parametric uncertainty in this paper is assumed to be norm bounded. A sufficient condition, in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) with nonlinear constraints, on the existence of robust passive controller is established based on the Lyapunov stability theory. In order to solve the nonlinear problem, a cone complementarity linearization (CCL) is offered.
