Research and Development of the Intelligent Mechanical Ventilation Bed Control System Based on Embedded System
According to serious electromagnetic interference and disadvantages of applied PC architecture of intelligent mechanical ventilation bed in the first phase, the intelligent mechanical ventilation bed in the second phase is developed based on embedded technology. The hardware architecture is comprised of two parts, the top controller is ARM11 touch screen system and the bottom part is a digital high-precision motion controller to drive the low-interference AC brushless motor. Many software technologies, such as multithreading technology, serial communication technology, are adopted in this system, including the multi-algorithm fusion model to forecast time series, and synchronize the intelligent mechanical ventilation bed with breathing accurately. Clinical test results show that the second phase intelligent mechanical ventilation bed can achieve synchronization more precisely and more efficiently, with better auxiliary ventilation effect.
