A Dynamic Re-Configuration Task Holon Assignment Model and Its Solution with Pareto Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm
Task allocation problem in complex manufacturing system possess features of high complexity, uncertainty, multi-objectives, coordination of multi-constraints and multi-resources. Due to important significances in theory and industrial practices, task assignment in holonic manufacturing system have been extensively studied over both in academia and industry. Holonic Manufacturing System is the new paradigm to solve the complex communication and interaction between the holon and to organize the production unit. In this paper, the problem of how to demarcate the unit of the manufacturing system, management style of the unit, control structure and the corresponding control method are presented. Task assignment algorithm, with two objectives consisting of cost and lead time in manufacturing system reconfiguration model is put forward. Task allocation operation series is guided by pareto ant colony algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm are effective to task evaluation and implementation.
