Research and Realization of Parameterized Mould Base Library of Injection Mould Based on Pro/E
The Pro/E software has wide application in mould industry. The automatic programming design which is simple and practical can be realized by means of its Pro/program module. The paper introduces the method of developing standard mould base library of Lung Kee injection moulds by means
of “program” program, realizes three-dimensional parameterized design of injection mould bases and gives application examples. As it has been turned out, the three-dimensional parameterized mould base library developed by this method can be used simply and conveniently, can be
easily transplanted, can considerably reduce the workload of mould base design and obviously enhance the efficiency of mould design.
