The Product Harmonious Design Evaluation Based on Hierarchy Grey Model

It proposed a new design method, the name is harmonious design. This paper gives the notion of harmonious design, and establishes the index system between product harmonious design and nature, society, technological, financial and market environment and so on. It proposes the evaluation method based on hierarchy grey model, and gives the steps of using this method: first, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the factor weights; follows it gives gray evaluation matrix by using gray analysis; the last, use the weights and gray evaluation matrix have been calculated to comprehensive evaluate product harmonious design. Taking a new self-synchronous vibration screen as an example, this paper adopts above method to evaluate the relation of product harmonious design and every environment. From the evaluation results we can know the product is very excellent by using harmonious design. Therefore, harmonious design is an inevitable trend of design development process, applying of hierarchy grey theory to evaluate harmonious design has high reliability, and should be widely used.
