As the important tool of equipment manufacturing industry, machine tool has always been the focus of the Chinese and overseas scholars, especially for its precision and characteristics. During the process of manufacturing, most movement of servo system is completed through multiaxial linkage. Taking THA6350 horizontal machining center as an example, not only a corresponding simulation model which is based on the biaxial linkage servo system is created, but also the actual measurement of the servo system's dynamic performance is carried out with the specialist application software. So the accuracy and credibility of the simulation model can be verified by means of comparison and analysis. In addition, the comprehensive matching and optimized analysis on PID parameters of all linkage axes is conducted with genetic algorithm.
