The article is devoted to deagglomeration of medicine-aimed powders, such as ones based on iron, hydroxyapatite and Ag-doped hydroxyapatite, in dispersion media that can fix drugs on their surfaces. Deagglomeration was performed using ultrasound of different intensity in various dispersion media. All of the powders have been established to disintegrate in a medium of ethanol into subagglomerates of different sizes under the action of ultrasound. Deagglomeration of Ag-doped hydroxyapatite was performed using sodium hexametaphosphate as a modifier of the surface. With help of the program ChemSite Std. (Pyramid Learning), Version 3.01, a model of the electric charge distribution over the surface of sodium hexametaphosphate molecule in a soluble and an insoluble states has been developed.
