This articles presents ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity of amylase have been measured in aqueous media at 298.15 K. Acoustical/density parameters such as molar volume (Vm ), isentropic Compressibility (βr ), thermal expansion coefficient (α), relaxation time (t), relaxation strength (α r ), relative viscosity (η r ), Enthalpy (H), Activation Energy (G), Surface Tension (σ), van der Walls constant (b), molecular radius (r), Geometrical volume (B), molar surface area (Y), Collision factor (S) and classical absorption coefficient (α/f 2) have been calculated from the measured parameters. Different acoustic magnitudes being computed due to their importance in the study of specific molecular interactions and, with theoretical calculations.
