A Fatal Strike By an Inverted Cerebral Perfusion Pressure
This is the first documented case of a most extremely high intracranial pressure recorded by now and an inverted cerebral perfusion pressure at the time of an aneurysm rupture. This case illustrates the challenges of managing patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and the
proposes that inverted cerebral perfusion pressure may be a fatal signal for the prognosis.
