II. The Carangoides Armatus Group

The systematic status of two closely related species of carangid fishes. genus Carangoides, is reviewed and clarified. Detailed species accounts are given for C. armatus (Rüppell) and C. hedlandensis (Whitley), and include synonymies, diagnoses, descriptions, geographic variation, status of type material, material examined, and taxonomic comments.
