Together with the increasing complexity of machinery systems, the number of assets that need to be diagnosed is also rapidly increasing. This is why the management of condition monitoring became a complex cooperation and resource allocation problem. This paper describes an implementation of computer simulation as a modeling and decision support tool for the management of a condition-monitoring service group. The implementation was developed using the SLAMSYSTEM modeling environment. It provides an easily adaptable management-style program that may be applied to a company with a monitoring system that varies in versatility, expertise, and availability.", }
