Rolueckia (Ostropales: Gomphillaceae), a new genus of foliicolous lichens

The new genus Rolueckia Papong, Thammathaworn & Boonpragob is introduced to accommodate the Calenia conspersa group, previously included in Caleniopsis. The new genus is characterized by unique hyphophores, which are setiform, reddish brown and with a club-shaped apex producing bacilliform conidia (diahyphae). In addition to the type species, R. conspersa comb. nov. (≡ Calenia conspersa), one further new combination, R. aggregata (≡ Calenia aggregata) is proposed and one new species is described: R. siamensis sp. nov. The latter agrees with R. conspersa morphologically but differs by having 3-septate ascospores.
