Wissen über Lebensräume und lebenswichtige Ökosystemfunktionen ist entscheidend für eine zukunftsfähige Nutzung der Umwelt. Wie können wir den Zustand dieser Funktionen ganzheitlich und verständlich erfassen und die zu sichernden Leistungen unter Einbeziehung vieler Beteiligter identifizieren? ÖKOleita hat niederösterreichweit ausgewählte Ökosystemleistungen im Biodiversitätsatlas verortet und Einschätzhilfen entwickelt, die von Forschenden, Praktiker(inne)n, Verwaltungsmitarbeiter(inne)n, Schulen und der allgemeinen Bevölkerung genutzt werden können.

  • GAIA is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to inter- and transdisciplinary research on and for sustainability transformations.

    Environmental problems cannot be solved by one academic discipline. The complex natures of these problems require cooperation across disciplinary boundaries.
