Open Access Transdisziplinarität und Solutionismus: Ein verfehlter Vorwurf, aus dem sich trotzdem einiges lernen lässt

Peter Strohschneider hat in einem vielbeachteten Beitrag transformative und transdisziplinäre Wissenschaft scharf angegriffen, insbesondere deren Orientierung am ,,Solutionismus“. Die Kritik erscheint in neuem Licht, wenn der Begriff Solutionismus so aufgefasst wird, wie er international etabliert ist: als Fixierung auf schnelle, technische Problemlösungen. Dann erweist sich Strohschneiders Vorwurf als strategische Abgrenzung der ,,guten“, ,,reinen“ Wissenschaft von angeblich zweifelhafter Forschung.
