Free Content Breaking the ice ... a closer look at lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender lives and issues in English teaching classrooms

In her talk 'Celebrating differences: exploration of LGBT in the classroom' in February 2014, Laila El-Metoui looked at some strategies and teaching resources for making teaching practices more inclusive. She signposted participants to existing teaching resources, offered some ways to challenge homophobia, biphobia and transphobia and suggested some approaches to further integration at institutional level.
