Student Involvement in Clubs and Organizations: An Exploratory Study at a Community College
Investigation of student participation in campus organizations and student retention, particularly within the community college sector, has long been neglected. This exploratory study investigates the relationships between four student retention measures and student involvement in campus
organizations. Chi-square analysis revealed significant relationships between organizational involvement and degree completion, student retention, and persistence across time.
