Accordingly, an empirical study was carried out in two organizations to illustrate the value of the framework. Findings ‐ Results show the goodness of this framework applied to learning organizations, both at the individual and the group scale. Research limitations/implications ‐ The present study provides a basis for further research in the joint application of EBA and the case method.
