Ruthenium-Cobalt Alloy Electrodeposition
Since little has been written about ruthenium alloy plating, the present work sets out to provide data on the electrodeposition of ruthenium-cobalt alloys, using a sulphate-sulphamate electrolyte. Some operating conditions have been obtained for the production of thin crack-free coatings
of ruthenium-cobult alloys.
