
Discussion on oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as indicator of quality control of Chinese material medica
Abstract: Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid are isomers. It is often mistakenly regard as the same compounds. In this paper. the separation and determination methods of oleanolic and ursolic acid in Chinese material medica is summarized, and give an introduction
of in-situ TLCS and HPLC method to separate and determinate.
