The development of information technology is growing faster than the past until now create patterns of human thought will need desired information can be accessed easily, quickly, and accurately. PESSTA (Hearing Assessment and Final Thesis) is a campus service system which is intended for the board of examiners in preparing the implementation groove trial, the trial participants and spectators in the implementation of the trial hearings and Final Thesis on Higher Education Prog. For this PESSTA system can not automatically access point validation journals and also have not been enacted decree (Decree) which determines the journal recognized and not recognized in Higher Education Prog. Thus the authors perform the method of data collection and formulation of the problem is often the case today. The final result of this research is to use a new system called PESSTA+ (Session Rating Thesis and Final Plus) which is currently under construction. In the implementation, there are some points one of which is a validation of the journal on Higher Education Prog. With this system students are expected to easily validate the journal and get a valid value as a condition of graduation.
