TAKING ADVANTAGES OF KAIZEN TO IMPROVE LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY

The paper encapsulates the essence of kaizen system, its main elements and the possibility of use it in enhancing labour productivity. The study examines a specific of kaizen implementation in Japan, the U.S. and Europe as well as in Ukraine and Russia. The comparative analysis of traditional and kaizen management is presented.
