Successful management of a pregnant woman with heterozygous protein C deficiency using activated protein C concentrate
Heterozygous protein C deficiency frequently causes deep vein thrombosis during pregnancy. We report the successful management of delivery using activated protein C concentrate in a patient with heterozygous protein C deficiency, who developed deep vein thrombosis in mid gestation.
