Octylmethoxycinnamate (OMC)‐loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) were prepared by ultrasonic emulsification method. Effects of process variables and formulation composition were investigated on particle size and polydispersity index (PI), and the UV absorbance. Effect of OMC concentration on entrapment efficiency (EE) was also studied.
