Understanding of Father-Daughter and Father-Son Dyads in Family-Owned Businesses
This article compares the results of an empirical study of the father-daughter dyad in family-owned businesses with the literature on the father-son dyad in family-owned businesses, stresses the similarities and differences between these two dyads, and presents some implications for practice and research.
