N2 - W and Mo co-doped VO2(M) nanopowders were synthesized by thermal decomposition via two-step method using oxalic acid as reduction acid, vanadium pentoxide as vanadium source, ammonium tungstate and ammonium molybdates as doped sources. The influences of calcining temperatures
and calcining time on the grain size and the lattice distortion degree were investigated by the method of XRD. The results showed that the average grain size increased, the lattice distortion degree decreased as calcining temperatures increased and calcining time prolonged. It is a foundation
for the preparation of the co-doped VO2(M) nanopowders.
