Towards Mechanosynthesis of Diamondoid Structures: IV. The Strategy for Preliminary Implementation of Ellenbogen's “Matter as Software” Concept
The previously published (Molecular Electronics and Molecular Electronic Devices, Vol. 1, Chap. 2, CRC Press, Inc. 1993, pp. 31–83) strategy of building polysilylene-based molecular electronic devices is extended in the direction of Ellenbogen's “Matter as Software” idea by considering the capped SWCNT STM tip as a device for manipulating silylene molecules.
Keywords: CAPPED SWCNT STM TIP; ELLENBOGEN'S “MATTER AS SOFTWARE” CONCEPT; QUANTUM-CHEMICAL SIMULATIONS OF POLYSILYLENE-BASED MOLECULAR ELECTRONIC DEVICES
