Expectations of Hands-on Instructional Quality in the 21st Century Amongst Undergraduate Student: A Case Study at RMUTT

This research has the purpose to study the components of the quality expectations for education in the 21st century of undergraduate students at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). This research consists of collecting information from 2 groups: 11 club presidents of each faculty who are leadership figures for students to collect information on the expectations for education in the 21st century at RMUTT; and 400 students who have valid student status in 2016 at RMUTT. This research uses factor analysis technique and reasoning to interpret the information. The results of the research show that students have high expectations for RMUTT to develop an environment that promotes the quality of education in the 21 century consisting of these 6 main aspects: (1) Digital Literacy (2) Professional Confidence (3) Innovation Creation (4) Quality of Teaching (5) Relationship Reconsideration (6) Cultural Homogenization.
