Theory of authentic and team exchange theory were discussed as important element of this concept. The reasons for understanding this concept are two-folds namely to explore the role of social interaction, satisfaction and the role of team member exchange that leads to intention to volunteer. Findings revealed that there is an influence of social interaction, team member exchange and satisfaction towards intention to volunteer among events volunteer. This study is only focusing on sports event, therefore, it is suggested that future researchers should explore more in-depth in other contexts of event management especially in understanding the emotional or inner feeling of youth as volunteer.", }
