Entrepreneurship has shown an increasing numbers in education development when the subject has been adopted in most of the education syllabus by most countries globally. Malaysia is not exceptional to this as most of the syllabus has made compulsory to have an entrepreneurship subject in the study plan. However, the resources and techniques that aid the students in learning this subject is still little especially when dealing with the understanding of business plan as part of the subject. This become worst to the students whom do not have any business or management background in their study or even in life previously where they will face a difficulty to understand the jargon or words that they never heard before. Responding to this issue, a study is done using a semi-structures questionnaire distributed to the students (sciences course) in Universiti Teknologi MARA, Negeri Sembilan (UiTMSNS) who is taking entrepreneurship subject at current semester and in the midst of preparing their business plan. A study has come out with an idea of “business plan glossary” and with the objective to examine the difficulty faced by those students as well as their expectation towards the product in term of design, content, size and benefit to them. The result will be used for researchers to develop a real “business plan glossary” which meet the needs and expectations of the students as well as giving a benefit for a better learning.
