Free Content Imaging Review of Craniofacial Masses in Children

The characteristic imaging appearance and clinical presentation of a variety of craniofacial masses in children are described in this review. These include vascular anomalies, osseous lesions, and soft-tissue masses. The purpose of the review was to familiarize the radiologist with theses masses because of the crucial role that radiologists play in the multidisciplinary evaluation of these lesions and to enhance the diagnostic approach of radiologists to these masses within a multidisciplinary team.

Learning Objective: To review the imaging spectrum of craniofacial masses in the pediatric population.
