Choristomas associated with nervous tissue as a broader category are rare, with 49 cases reported in the literature. Only 2 neuromuscular choristomas were associated with the spine, both in the lumbosacral spine and intimately associated with a lipoma. This case is, to our knowledge, the first reported case of intradural cervical neuromuscular choristoma in the published literature.", }
