This paper researched how to equip the expanded ship's Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) using an improved propulsion Gas Turbine (GT) to get more electric power generation capability. As a result, this paper concluded that the existing four LM2500-30 propulsion gas turbines could be replaced by two improved LM2500+G4 propulsion gas turbines and two LM1600 GTGs could be installed in the remaining space to provide more electric power to the ship. To sum up, methods proposed in this paper can provide 29.84 MW max margined power to the ship with a slight degradation in maximum ship's speed.", }
