The objective of this paper is to discuss whether training program can change the attitude towards occupational safety and health (OSH) implementation among the Malaysian’s youth. This is because the main reason of workplace accidents is caused by employee’s perfunctory attitude. Interestingly, it is reported that majority of Malaysian is at the youth age. Hence, a quasi-experimental design was structured among 220 youth attended training programs organized by the Malaysian National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in 2015. Result indicated a significant increase for the level of positive attitude towards OSH implementation; this was compared as before and after training completion. Hence, it is validated that training can truly change the Malaysian’s youth attitude in implementing OSH. Therefore, future research is suggested to investigate whether OSH training should be given in periodic time to maintain the positive attitude towards OSH implementation.
