Special Relativity is untested on an inertial frame

Special relativity (SR) concerns and applies to inertial frames of reference that they move with relative constant velocity, and they are not accelerating. SR cannot have been confirmed on Earth as this planet as well every other planet is not an inertial frame. Neither can SR apply at any other place in the Universe, as every place in the Universe is exposed to a gravitational field that extends to infinity. Thus, it covers the whole of the Universe. Thus, SR everywhere in the Universe is nonapplicable. SR is a theory of utopia and also of paradoxes. Einstein himself reported the first paradox in 1905 [A. Einstein, Ann. Phys. 17, 891 (1905); A. Einstein and Francis A. David (Dover Publication, Inc., New York, 1905)].
