A detailed description of Ijuhya antillana sp. nov. is presented based on two collections on dead inflorescences of Heliconia caribaea in Guadeloupe and Martinique. The Acremonium-like anamorph has been obtained in culture. A key to the species of Ijuhya with fasciculate hairs is presented.
