Ceratomyces hyalinus on Hydrochus annamita (Hydrochidae, Coleoptera) is described and illustrated as a new species. The type of this species is deposited in Guangdong Institute of Microbiology Macrofungi Herbarium (GDGM), Guangzhou, China.
