We report investigations on newly designed compact photoacoustic gas cell resonator for laser gas analysis. This photoacoustic cell has a resonator with two times sensitivity compared with the previous result. Sensitivity comparisons between the simulation and the experimental results have been done. The comparisons show predicted result matches well with the experimental one.
