This work deals with a reconstruction of the 3D image of the textile surfaces with the pills from 2D digital images, following image pre-processing and pilling evaluation with the help of point process. The basic principle of acquiring of the 3D images comes from the shades of the pills in the digital images which are illuminated from different sides and 3D image is reconstructed on the principle of gradient fields using integrated Poisson Solver Neumann function. The evaluation itself is focused on the statistics for spatial data.
