Prediction Technique of Concrete Compressive Strength Using Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Method and Spectral Analysis of Surface Wave Method
This research is focused on nondestructive test technique. Nowadays, the building become antiquated. So nondestructive test technique is necessary when we renovate the buildings without destructing concrete structure. The importance of predicting compressive strength of concrete structure
is also gradually increasingly demanded. This research particularly search into Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity method and Spectral Analysis of Surface Wave method. It is focusing to estimate the compressive strength. This study has been conducted using Ultra Pulse Velocity method and Spectral Analysis
of Surface Wave method. It is also focusing to examine the relationship between compressive strength of concrete and test result by Ultra Pulse Velocity method and Spectral Analysis of Surface Wave (SASW) method. This purpose of study is an analysis of reliability about these two methods.
It was found that concrete compressive strength and Velocities of two methods have a close correlation.
