Weakness of Secure Electronic Ticket Scheme for ITS

Matsuo and Ogata proposed an electronic ticketing based on public key scheme for intelligent transport system in 2003. Later, Hsu pointed out that Matsuo-Ogata' scheme is insecure, and also gave an improvement in 2006. In this paper, we will propose a forgery attack based on Hsu's scheme and prove his method also insecure.
