This paper addresses the problem of the measurement of train operation conflict degree. Static and dynamic classification for the train operation conflicts are carried out. Different types of conflicts are measured from the macro level and micro level and the method for measuring the same type of conflict was discussed in detail. The information entropy theory was used in the process of investigating each condition attribute for reducing decisionmaking uncertainty. Then, the importance ranking of the train operation attributes were determined. 5 fuzzy scored indicators whose entropy weights were given are selected for assessing conflict degrees. The dynamic measure methods of various types train operation conflicts were proposed.
