Abstract:

To ensure that the content of JCB is of high quality and thus helping to enhance the Journal's overall ranking, I am active in encouraging the heads of Departments of Marketing and individuals to submit some of their best work for consideration. That this approach is working is evident in the content of this issue, which opens with a Commentary by the Deputy Editor.
